Privacy Policy

Point Enterprises, Inc. (“PEI” or “we”) collects and manages user data according to the following Privacy Policy, with the goal of incorporating our company values: transparency, accessibility, rationality and usability. This Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of PEI's Terms of Service governing use of pointent.com, netxed.com or mystaffpro.com, including any content, functionality and services offered (referred to as the "Websites").

Please read the Terms of Service in their entirety, and refer to it for definitions and contacts. Minors and children should not use the Websites. By using the Websites you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.


Data Collected

PEI may collect anonymous data from any visitor of the Website to monitor traffic and fix bugs. For example, we collect information like web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.

To use some features of the Websites you may be required to register and log in, and to provide certain personal or business-related information (such as name and email address). You are able to view, change and remove your profile. Certain other features of the Websites may require other information to be provided in order to deliver the service. Provision of such information is always voluntary on your part, but not providing it may cause certain features to be unavailable.

Use of the Data

PEI only uses personal information to provide services or to communicate with you about the services on the Websites.

With respect to any documents or files you may choose to upload to PEI, we take the privacy and confidentiality of such documents seriously. Documents are maintained in a manner that precludes the document being hacked or accessed by persons other than PEI or those you specify access for. PEI can't protect public data and we are not responsible for any violation of privacy law you may be liable for.

PEI employs industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of data about you that we store, including personal information. We do not share personal information you have provided to us without your consent, unless:

  • Doing so is appropriate to carry out a request or deliver a service you initiated.
  • It is reasonably needed to enforce our Terms of Service, or is legally required.
  • It is needed to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues.
  • Otherwise protect our property, legal rights, or that of others.

PEI is operated from the United States. If you are visiting the Website from outside the U.S., you agree to any processing of any personal information you provide us according to this policy.

PEI may contact you, by email or other means. For example, PEI may send you promotional email relating to PEI or other third parties PEI feels you would be interested in, or communicate with you about your use of the PEI website. PEI may also use technology to alert us via a confirmation email when you open email from us. If you do not want to receive email from PEI, please opt out of receiving email at the bottom of any PEI email or by editing your profile preferences.


Sharing of Data

PEI does not share or sell your personal information to third parties. Only aggregated, anonymous data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the PEI Website and service. Google Analytics is used on the Websites for traffic analysis, SEO optimization, etc.

There may also be social buttons provided by services like Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Facebook. Your use of these third party services is entirely optional. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of these third party services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those third party’s privacy policies.

PEI may employ or contract with people and other entities to perform certain tasks on our behalf and who are under our control (our “Agents”). We may need to share personal information with such Agents in order to provide products or services to you. Unless specified otherwise, our Agents do not have any right to use Personal Information or other information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. You hereby consent to our sharing of Personal Information with our Agents.

If PEI or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of PEI or its assets may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.


Changes to the Privacy Policy

PEI may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make significant changes in the way we collect or use information, notification is provided by posting an announcement on the Websites or sending you an email. The current version of the Privacy Policy is always accessible from the Websites.
